1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the fixpit service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

fixpit is a SaaS-based repair shop management platform that provides features including: service order management, stock management, customer records, financial reports, and other operational support features for repair shops.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information at registration.
• Immediately notifying fixpit of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate and lawful business purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service for illegal or misleading purposes.
• Attempting to access other users' systems or data without permission.
• Uploading harmful content, infringing on copyrights, or offensive material.
• Reverse engineering or modifying the Service.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

fixpit offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial period ends, you may choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Payments are made in advance according to the selected billing cycle. We reserve the right to change prices with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. fixpit is not liable for losses resulting from downtime beyond our control.

7. Data Ownership

All data you enter into the Service remains your property. fixpit does not claim ownership over your business data. You may export your data at any time during an active subscription.

8. Service Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. fixpit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

fixpit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation, or if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
